Bloodhound Hemp Farms isn’t just a name—it’s a love story. A story about one unforgettable bloodhound named Memphis, a family that adored her, and a journey to help pets everywhere live longer, calmer, comfier lives.
Memphis came into our lives with droopy ears, soulful eyes, and a kind of wisdom that only old souls carry. She was loyal, dignified, goofy in the best way, and fiercely loved. As she aged, we started seeing the things no pet parent wants to see—joint stiffness, restlessness, discomfort, and that unmistakable look that says “I’m trying, but it hurts.”
We didn’t want to mask her symptoms—we wanted to help her feel like Memphis again. That’s what led us to full-spectrum hemp oil. Natural, gentle, plant-powered relief that supported her from the inside out. It changed everything. And from that experience, Bloodhound Hemp Farms was born.
In March of 2025, at the age of 13, Memphis crossed the rainbow bridge surrounded by love, leaving behind not just memories, but a mission. Everything we do—from the ingredients we choose to the care we put into each bottle—is in her honor.
She’s survived by her loving pack:
- Django, our Catahoula/Black and Tan Coonhound mix, wise and watchful, always at attention.
- Georgie, her tiny-but-mighty sister, full of sass and mischief and way too much confidence for her size.
- Gator, the family’s strong and gentle Doberman protector, equally happy sunbathing or snuggling
- And now, Truffula (aka Floofy), our giant-hearted Newfoundland puppy who joined us after Memphis passed—bringing joy, drool, and enough fluff to fill a king-sized bed.
Each member of our pack reminds us daily:
pets aren’t just pets. They’re family. And they deserve the same care, compassion, and quality we’d give anyone we love.
